Find Your Order
Processing – We have received your order and it is being prepared for fulfillment.
Preparing for Shipment – Your jewelry is being prepared and packed for delivery.
Shipped – Your package has left the fulfillment facility. Your carrier and tracking information will be available with your order.
In Transit – Your package is moving through the carrier network toward your delivery address.
Delivered – The carrier has marked your package as delivered.
Most Elegant Jewelry Store orders are delivered typically within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, destination, and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information provided by the carrier will give you the most accurate delivery updates.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information becomes available after your order has been shipped.

- In your shipping confirmation email
- In My Account → Orders if you created an account during checkout
Please allow some time after dispatch for the carrier’s tracking system to begin showing movement. It is normal for a newly issued tracking number to take some time before the first tracking update appears.
